Dr. Tyler Lutt
I grew up on a farm outside of Wayne, Nebraska and stayed close to home by attending Wayne State College where I earned my Bachelors in Biology. I then graduated from the UNMC College of dentistry in Lincoln in spring of 2025.
I am a huge Husker fan and watch whichever Nebraska sports team is on TV. I enjoy the outdoors- hunting, fishing, golfing, and walking my dog, Remy.
I have always loved living in a rural area and am so excited to serve Nebraska City!
Dr. James Landholm
Hi, I’m Dr. Landholm! I grew up in Columbus, Nebraska, and after years away for school, I’m proud to be back serving patients in our community. I graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University, where I played baseball, then went on to earn my dental degree from Creighton University. I’ve been practicing since 2018, and every day, I’m reminded why I love what I do—it’s all about the people.
Dentistry isn’t just about teeth; it’s about connection. I get to meet incredible patients every day, helping them feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. If I can help even one patient hate the dentist a little less, I consider that a win! My goal is to make every visit as easy and stress-free as possible, whether it’s a routine cleaning or a more complex treatment.
Outside the office, my wife, Ali, and I stay busy with our daughters, Lily and Emma! We also have a one-year-old golden retriever who keeps us on our toes. In my free time, I love golfing, grilling on my Big Green Egg, and spending time by the pool. Ali and I are big fans of traveling, concerts, musicals, and shows—anything that makes for a fun night out!
I’m grateful to work with an amazing team, and I want both our patients and our staff to love coming into the office every day. If you’re looking for a dental home where you’ll be treated like family, we’d love to welcome you!
Dr. Payton Kidder
I grew up in Holdrege, Nebraska; played football at Concordia and attended the University of Nebraska Med Center College of Dentistry.
I love golfing, traveling and cooking; especially grilling in the summertime! I’m a huge football guy and a fan of anything outdoors.
My favorite aspects of dentistry are working with my hands and building relationships with patients! I am excited to meet you and to be part of the Arbor Dental team!
